Standard Cancellations (7+ Days): Cancellations made 7 or more days prior to the scheduled check-in date will be processed for a refund, subject to a deduction of a 20% administrative and payment gateway processing fee.

Late Cancellations (3-6 Days): Cancellations made between 3 to 6 days prior to check-in will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.

Last-Minute & No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled check-in time, or failure to arrive at the property, will not be eligible for a refund.

Early Departures: If you choose to shorten your stay after checking in, no refunds will be issued for the unused nights.

Refund Processing: All approved refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment within 10-14 business days.
