1. Check-in and Check-out: Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

2. Guest Identification: As per government regulations, all adult guests must present a valid original photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driving License, or Voter ID) at the time of check-in.

3. Occupancy & Extra Guests: The maximum capacity of each cottage (2 BHK or 3 BHK) must be strictly adhered to. Extra guests must be declared at the time of booking and will be charged according to our standard extra-bed rates.

4. Property Damage: Guests are fully responsible for any loss or damage caused to the resort property, cottage interiors, furniture, or amenities during their stay. The cost of repair or replacement will be charged directly to the guest.

5. Guest Conduct: Vaga Garden is a peaceful family retreat in the hills. Loud music late at night, illegal activities, and disturbing the peace of the property are strictly prohibited. Management reserves the right to evict guests without refund for severe policy violations.

6. Right of Admission: Management reserves the right of admission and can refuse service to anyone at its absolute discretion to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests.
